When he went to court on yeterday, did he not have to be photographed?

Haven't seen the mug shot though.

3. I heard a reporter say that mugs for federal crimes are not available
to the public. Sounded like this person knew what they were talking about.

A couple of days ago, a DUer posted a link to the SG mugshot of someone charged with a federal crime in Miss. in '63 or '64.

Also, at http://ask.metafilter.com/mefi/25814 there's a discussion of this matter, and it seems that YOU CAN obtain federal mugshots through Freedom of Information requests.
