Poll question: Ohio was recounted last year, right??
Please vote first then scroll down to see why I ask this question.

Ohio had a recount in December of 2004. Were the results conclusive?

1. The reason for the poll:
I just realized that many Democrats were so upset by what happened Nov 2nd, 2004, they left the forums, turned off the news and tuned out the world for a while. By the time they have returned, the recount was over. Many may not realize the recount was not ever completed. Oh, it started alright, but was shut down with the results certified prior to the observers review of the ballots. There were many irregularities found throughout the state in the recount (that wasn't).

The correct answer is: It was not complete.

3. Betchur ever lovin' a it wasn't. And Blackwell WILL
be held to account for violating Ohio state law.

We NEED TO TAKE BACK OHIO. Not for the Dems, but for the democracy.

That horrible criminal goes around giving seminars on ETHICS, if you can believe it.

I want his head on a pike. In my living room.

12. Not that I know of -- Botany would know more.
Sometimes these things take time -- as in the Plame outing.

He WILL pay for this. I hope it's just a matter of how soon. It was so blatant.

4. Not only was it incomplete....
the portion that was performed was NOT random, as required by law, and the auditing was obstructed by blocking access to poll books, etc.

I would disagree with the idea that "it started alright". It was obstructed from the git-go.

5. Oh, I didn't mean alright in that context sorry .....
Just meant, yes, the recount started...nothing was right about the recount. Many inconsistancies found. Many violations of the law. Well documented outright violations of the law and admissions of violations of the law. And, they say there isn't proof...

11. Why would they stop a recount prematurely and violate
the law, if the election was not fraudulent?

Yes, garybeck and I know the answer to the question, do you?
