Thank you Nina Totenberg -- Shoots down Russert/GOP lie about justices

On Meet the Press, Tim Russert trotted out the GOP spin that the Republicans in Congress approved Ruth Ginsberg without a fight, while the Democrats are fighting all Bush appointments simply for being conservative.

Nina pointed out that Clinton didn't want a court fight, and asked Orin Hatch for liberal justices he could support and get through Congress. Hatch gave him two names, Ginsberg and Brier, both of whom Clinton nominated. She also pointed out thgat Ginsberg was on the conservative side of liberal.

Russert needs a new job. Preferably far away from the news business.

if Justice Ginsberg doesn't endorse the public beheading of abortion doctors and nurses along with the preemptive incarceration of abortion rights advocates (nat'l security risk) then she is ipso facto a flaming fucking Liberal Commie Witch with a mole and a broom and an ACLU/CWP membership card.

She's a LIBERAL goddammit! She wants the state to confiscate babies from their parents and raise them in government daycare indoctrination camps. She wants 100% tax on corporate incomes! She wants sermons preached in Churches to be regulated by the state to include atheistic socialist slogans! She wants enforced homosexual training in preschools!
