Finally the morality of it all is being addressed.
"Is it OK to torture those who want us dead anyway" is the jist of what FOX News is saying. It's a question we see repeatedly and even Republicans like John McCain are calling for legislation to prohibit torture. At first it sickened me that we have degenerated to such a degree that we have to pass legislation for something like this but then it dawned on me that this is a great way of forcing the fascists to go on record on the issue. Like those calling on Bush to state he will not pardon Libby.

Let's get a list of moral issues that our legislators can put on the record forcing a vote.

Then we have a poll showing a whopping 79% say that the Libby story is important. This is huge in my opinion. People do care about right and wrong. Let's get everybody on the record on these issues.

Feel free to brainstorm on some other moral issues that could be put to a vote.

1) Do enemy combatants have equal rights to the rest of us?
