I have a theory.

Everyone * allows into the room or onto the lawn whenever he makes a public, official statement... is an android (SHOCKER! I know). So is *. He's the COMMAND android. A decoy, if you will. If he pisses enough people off, so what, he's expendable. Not human.

I used to think that doing this 'pause, look left, look right, pause' routine of his after every sentence was just for emphasis. A way to make like he means business. Then I realized that couldn't be right it - makes him look even more transparent and even more stupid.

Now I know that he's just synchronizing. In one fell swoop he both programs and tests.

"Are they buying it? Yeah, they accepted that, I think. Gotta repeat this later in the speech... Oh I just mentioned 9/11 again,"

* S * C * A * N *

"Aaaaand pause.... okay, sensors responding - accepted. Aaaaaaand next sentence."

That has ALWAYS bugged the shit out of me during his speeches.

(I'm bored, sue me. :P)
