3. I am begging all Californians
to defeat groper's corporate take over of our state. Vote no on 73-78 and yes on 79 and 80. Defeat the groper, support the workers, and save our state!!! Pleeeeeze..... Three more hours is right.

4. Why is it a special election if other states are voting today?
I didn't ralize we here in Texas were supposed to vote today.

5. Well it's "special" in our case because it was not regularly
scheduled. It was requested and financed by corporate backers of groper. They hired paid signature seekers to get it on a ballot and will use our tax dollars to try to slide it by the voters.

7. I;m sure the OP does know that
but they are counting on a low turnout. There could be some on DU who don't want to vote, not realizing how important it is.

10. If anyone on DU doesn't know how important it is then they're morans
seriously... who doesn't know?!?!

I respect his enthusiasm.. saying you're preaching to the choir was more of a little joke. I know where the OP is coming from and his enthusiasm is refreshing.

9. I voted this morning and
I've asked everyone who spare-changed me on the street today, "Have you voted?" They all said they had or were going to! :)

13. I voted!
This was my first time voting (turned 18 in July) so I was a little excited. :) I saw a lot of people on campus wearing the "I voted" sticker as well, and the Bruin Democrats have been doing a really good job this whole week getting people aware of the propositions.
