11. No. I'm looking at New Jersey Network and that is what they have
as the current results in the corner of the screen.

I have the sound off so I don't know how many precincts have reported in yet.

22. Because it's not based on the entire state, but one particular locale.
If the precincts that have reported are GOP-heavy, the numbers will turn around the minute that other parts of the state start coming in.
