Canada does it every election. It can be done.

6. Great Britain does it as well.
If either Kilgore or Forrester win tonight, it's time to take it to the streets.

Illinois is going to these electronic machines next year. That should be really interesting...

7. Canada's federal election is done with paper ballots and the results are
known as fast as the machine voting results in the U.S.A....In fact we have never had a problem, such as the problem you had in 2000 where you didn't know the presidential result for a month.....Every polling place has scrutineers from all the parties (we have more than 2) and there is no way anything fishy can go on....

4. you mean like this?
read our proposal for hand counted paper ballots for Californa and imposing restrictions on electronic voting machines (open source code, paper ballot as counted ballot of record counted at the precinct):

www.msongs.com/vvpb.htm

we are starting to get some state interest in our proposal at last!
electronic machines reduced to a convenience that will print out the paper ballot.

5. This needs to be the number one issue before 2006 or this
country is doomed... and perhaps the world.
