It's obvious that they're hanging Cheney out to dry so Shrub can appear to have plausible deniability and set things up for Jeb in 08 by "distancing himself" from CrashCart as if he were some kind of renegade neoCon pariah! After all the chimp is just a lovable country bumpkin -- not a war mongering torturer. (Yeah yeah, sure sure.)

3. No way Jeb's running in '08..........

the people of this country won't tolerate another bush for president, ever! The old man was a one term wonder and the idiot kid should never have been in office in the first place. Shrub blew any chance Jebbie ever had of being president. Besides, Jebbie's and his family have too much baggage. The whole family has been in jail at one time or another.
To quote Jessie Jackson ......"stay out the bushes"!

Compared to Shrub, Jeb will look like a frickin' genius! If they smear the rest of the Repukes in the Primaries, as they did with McCaine 2000, who's left but Jeb? And he controls the vote in FL which is a key state.

Ohio is still down the crapper at the moment too. They didn't even get rid of Blackwell when they had the chance by voting for an independent BoE today!

It's hard to imagine a Dem president as long as we have states like FL and OH in play, fraudulently or not.

4. I got that, too... quite a few of the comments were oriented towards

Bush having no idea what was going on with Cheney. Which is the "Ronald Reagan the Boob" defense.

Problsm is that on the White House website there's photos of Bush actively getting ready for the SOTU address, EDITING the copy. Either he was in a photo op LYING and misrepresenting who he is OR he knew what he was doing and can't duck the responsibility.

Interesting to see this shape up.
