Impeachment moral choice
The fashion god is in free fall with no White House 'chute to ease his landing.
Katrina victims wander, dazed, hopeless, but -- be assured -- Tommy's paycheck still funds his wardrobe.
Homeland Security, the administration's jewel, is but a cracking, hollow shell.
The ranks of the poor have swollen to be sure, but, truly, the Bush elitists have increased their-- income grossly.
A spy's identity lies exposed, a national security threatened by vindictive retaliation. Who knew?-- Who talked? Libby, Rove, Cheney, Bush É a bunch not known by Goodwill and Truth.
The lies have all been told in a mad dash for glory and oil, and now 100,000 plus -- mostly innocents -- have lost their lives.
Impeachment, to be sure, is a heavy cost. But the toll of Bush has been too great: A world destabilized, a homeland left in tatters, and the souls of the dead crying for justice.
Now we must look beyond the voting and past the party lines. We must begin the sad job of righting wrongs and shedding evil. Impeachment is the merciful, moral choice. And the whole world is watching to see whether we get it right.
Not my letter, but I like the sentiment.
