11. Thanks for your willingness to go to the SOS site.
Even the thought of Bruce McPherson makes me just about
:puke:

I can't get myself to go to that website. He's a symbol of the coup and overthrow of Shelley. :(

I've been appreciating *all* of the updates!

5. Question: Did This Election Destroy Arnie's Political Career?
His poll numbers will plummet after this. I don't see how he can recover. This was a terrible beating for him.

24. i wonder if we'll start seeing other republicans
try to position themselves for the 2006 primary? arnie will probably try to shift back toward the center on social issues. the rabid Rep primary voters prefer someone who's conservative on the social issues. or should i say "neanderthal".

14. I raised up my arms and said "thank you! thank you!"
I am so happy. A ton of San Diego and Orange came in and now I know that 73 and even more importantly 75 is doomed! I could not be more pleased!!! Warm thanks to all progressives and working people in California!

But please remember, this is a beginning and not an end. We will have to not only fight yet more right-wing attacks from big business, but we will also have to fight aggressively for REAL REFORM--progressive reform for the rights of Californians to housing, health care, for civil rights and equality!

According to ABC radio, his speech to supporters went like this. I cannot do it verbatim, but this is the jist of Arnold's turb belching.

"Arnold feels honored and priviledged to be CA's governor and he will work real hard to make CAians proud of him."

Pompous prick!

Right now, it seems that his only chance to defeat us would be to send someone back in time to rig the machines...

Too bad about 79 and 80, those were better as Yes.

What a shame it took millions of dollars that CA needed for silly things like SOCIAL PROGRAMS, you know extras like feeding people, affordable housing, medical care, education, too prove that ARNIE was INSTALLED, and that CA wants none of Arnie's republican neocon war criminal fascist crap messing up beautiful and smart CA.
