MSNBC still reporting that Ahnold may win one of the prop votes.
Not saying which one, of course.

Are they trying to make the vote seem close in order to give Ahnold some wiggle room?

I don't think he's going to win a single proposition vote.

They've all come back as "no" so far.

MSNBC is trying to make Ahhnold look good.

And, I might add, they're failing miserably.
