"Maybe it's not fair for them to raise their hands", regarding the silly fight about whether or not oil execs. should raise their hands to promise to tell the truth. Yes, Carol, they are being treated unfairly.:sarcasm:

suggesting they'd lie. Her point was since they volunteered to come in they shouldn't be put in that position.
