MSNBC Now!! Energy Price Hike Investigation off to a
more than rocky start. They wanted to have a vote to "swear in" those questioned. The chairman said no...don't have to...but she wanted to vote. He said you are out of order. Chairman said there will be no swearing in. She then said she wanted to make a motion to swear in....as the Chairman went to speak..Boxer chimed in "I second the motion". Chairman said "no way" it is out of order! Everyone is making faces!

7. What's the point they are going to have to lie anyway. There is no
reason they should be raising prices with the fuckin tax breaks they are getting.

So they will have to lie and say there is a big ass fish soaking the oil out of the gulf and they are scared to go so it is costing extra money to get people who aren't afraid of the fuckin big ass fish.

Chair flat out refused. Called the motion (and seconded) to do so out of order.

Personally, I think the Dems should march to the Capitol steps as soon as the gavel hits and scream about this waste of time and money. Giving statements to Congress should be under oath!
