"Would you guys just shut up and let * win the war on terra!"
That is the mantra coming in loud and clear from my work bush-bots!

I am the enemy - I LOVE TERRORISM!

and I hate America, but why do I see hatred in their eyes?

1. I won't because it's not winnable! He declared war on a tactic and
indirectly on all Muslims.

2. Remind them that there are terrorists all over the world, including
the US. So how does one win the "War on Terror"

Or just start with the question: "How will we know when we've won the war on terror?"

5. A similar quote was posted here recently
It's like they think critics are raining on their parade, killing their orgasmic enjoyment of a perfectly good crusade. When framed in these terms, this reaction is hard to fathom.

6. because they have been hynotized
by the hatred of Bushco. And they are stupid-they think Saddam was:
1)a threat who was ready to bomb the US
2) the same thing as the guys who really did fly the plane-after all, all brown skinned people are the same, right?

Sadly, many of them also hate Muslims, although they probably either haven't met any or, if they live in a small town in the heartland, only know that the only doctor in town is Muslim and has that funny name. Most Muslims are keeping a very low profile in this country, because we're afraid that some of these nutcases will follow through with their threats to kill us all, because we're 'terrorists'.

7. So what's involved in winning a war, general, besides us shutting up?
It's so funny. If stopping the complainers won wars, then Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy would be lording over us with the USSR.

But I really can't see the connection. It's not like anybody is stopping Bush from doing whatever he wants. He just has no idea what he wants.

It's pretty clear that shutting us up only wins the war at home, which is Bush against liberals. Terrorsist and insurgents don't care.

In sum, my friends mother, who grew up in fascist Italy, said that contrary to the saying, Mussolini did not make the trains run on time. But he did stop the complaining about late trains.

8. It's an idealogical war

We're using cannons to fight mosquitoes - and every time we fire off a round, we just make a bigger hole in the wall to let in more mosquitoes. So, yeah, by all means, let Dimson continue his war on "terra" .....

Geezus, someone explain to Bush what "rope-a-dope" was all about ....

9. Ask Them If We're Really Winning
Are we really winning the war on terror? I don't think so. Iraq is a hotbed of terrorism and insurgency. There have been at least two bombing attacks in Bali since 9/11, and in Afghanistan, al Qaeda has been able to REOPEN terrorist training camps. There have also been the terror attacks in Spain and Great Britain. The seas off Somalia have become a pirate's hunting ground.

I doubt Bushbots are interested in hearing contrary opinions, but a cardinal reason I voted against Buckaroo Bush was because he BUNGLED the war on terror and that there was no way in H*ll that JOHN F. Kerry could have possibly have done worse. Unlike many of today's right-wingers, I believe in firing incompetents--even if they're so-called "conservatives."

Gee Dubya couldn't be doing more to bungle the war on terror if his moves had been scripted, choreographed, and directed by the bearded, turbaned fanatics in Waziristan.

10. Have you asked them how we'll know when the WOT is won?
I'm still wondering what is the answer to that question.
