Jordanian Government Tortures Muslim Detainees For The USA?

I wonder if there is any connection there? Lets put it this way, I wouldn't be vacationing in any of the countries listed below any time soon.

We aren't rendering suspects to Sweden or Germany. We aren't even sending them to Turkey or Russia. We are rendering suspects to Jordan, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Pakistan. Do we chose these countries for their pristine human rights records and hard stances against terrorism?
