So has Bush even bothered to make a statement about the attack
in Jordan? Or did it happen past his nap time yesterday, so he was no longer in any condition to present himself in public? I wonder how long it well take today before he 'makes a statement' and what condition he'll be in.

He never performs well under pressure and considering the current turmoil in the WH , I get the feeling he's a kettle ready to blow. So how much longer before he is forced to resign? It's not like he even wants the job anymore. He hates everyone and everything. He's got enough money to cut brush and ride his bike for the rest of his life. Everything he's done has turned to shit. Give it up already and go home. The country can no longer withstand such incompetence and the blatant disregard that this man has for the people of his own country, no less the rest of the world.

In the meantime, I am sure we will get some inane, mumblemouthed statement from the twit later today. Terra, terra, terra, Zarqarwi, Zarqarwi, Zarqarwi. Gee I can't wait.

3. Jordan is a coalition partner
and one of our key allies in the ME. It would be appropriate for the POTUS/CIA to make a statement soon after such an attack.

2. Remember that we are fighting them over there,
so that we don't have to fight them here.

5. Give him another day or two. That's how long it usually takes
him to acknowledge this sort of thing. Maybe it takes that long for one of his staffers to work up their courage to deliver bad news.

6. Naw
It takes a day or two for the information to percolate into what passes with him for consciousness. The lad is sloooow.
