Phase 2 to Be Finished by Next Year

From the report of yesterday's meeting:

The committee is not scheduled to meet again until next week. After that, sessions will be held as needed, with members and staff not expecting to be finished until next year.

and most of the owrk was already done! Of course next year can be anywhere from 2 to 14 months from now!!
