Where are the 87 Abu Ghraib photographs?

Where are the 87 Abu Ghraib photographs?

Can someone help me out here?

On September 29th, the Pentagon was ordered to turn 87 photographs from Abu Ghraib over to the ACLU.

To the best of my recollection, that order wasn't stayed.

So, were they turned over?

If so, where are they?

If not, what is the status of the order?

Can anyone find any statement from the ACLU on whether they got the photographs, or what the current hold-up is?

8. I heard that the judge gave two extensions.
Last I read they had until the 15th.

5. Don't hold your breath. This admin
makes up the rules and enforces them as they go along. This is one issue I doubt will see the light of day despite breaking numerous laws.
