"Linz" and "Graz" are cites in Austria.
The billboard is photoshopped into the scene - it doesn't look real.
The Pic in itself is old - don't know where I've seen it before.

Edit: has to be Vienna - The A1 and the A2 meet there.

Just by the signs. You have to admit it would be a funny billboard had it been real. The mastery of PhotoShop! I would love to see a billboard posted like that one in America but people would go nuts because they either are prudish, Republican, or both!

Just the same in Europe. At the moment mainstream may be more liberal than that (not in Austria AFAIK), but that doesn't have to stay that way.
Conservative politicians are foaming; they'll do anything to change the currently relaxed view.

Hamburg wouldn't bother to have road pointers to Linz and Graz -- they're in Austria. My guess is that the photo is of Vienna or possibly Salzburg.
