Medicaid patient, apparently stranded, dies at his home

JEFFERSON CITY -- Gov. Matt Blunt ordered an investigation on Thursday into the death of a Medicaid patient in southwestern Missouri whose ride to the doctor apparently never showed up.

This has been a long-term problem here. It's only going to get worse because there is now a $3 copay.

This may have had more to do with reason for needing to go to the Dr. actually getting to the Dr.
Many people are experiencing a decline in their health resulting from loss or reduction of necessary health coverage.
These cuts are literally killing people.
