Radio station WNNX-FM in Atlanta did the original, and pieced and snipped together the words from Rush's own broadcasts.

I thought someone had "faked" the voice of Rush, and to find out that some creative people actually took the time to go through the torment of listening to multitudes of his broadcasts to piece this together. It's phenomenal.
