Throughout the reign of Bush the second there has not been a week go by without a plethora of unanswered questions. Philosophically life can be viewed at best as uncertain, but nowadays it is downright frustrating.
It occurred to me that a cataloging of the new unanswered questions that are born like flies upon a pile of horse manure would be in order, if nothing more than as a future reference.
A List of Unanswered Questions for November 6 through 12, in the year of Duplicity. 1. Why did Senator Ted Stevens (R) not require the oil executives be sworn in for their testimony?
2. Does the Long Island community where Bill O’Reilly lives allow military recruiters on the high school campuses?
3. A follow up on that question, in a comparison of percentage of the total municipal population for persons serving in the military, which would be greater, San Francisco or the Long Island community where O’Reilly lives?
4. How does questioning whether or not Bush and henchmen lied to the nation about pre-war intelligence equate to not supporting our troops?
5. Why is the accused spy Ahmad Chalabi being feted by the Bush administration and the right wing think-tanks?
6. At what point will the current trade imbalance with China become more than “bothersome” to Bush?
7. How does the math work on the controlling the deficit, Congress cuts $50 billion of services to the disadvantaged and then gives a $72 billion dollar tax-cut to the rich, isn’t that a $22 billion addition to the deficit?
My head is beginning to pound again…….really needed to have invested in Bayer aspirin when the right-wing took over.
