Remember Gary Condit? The whore press and repukes couldn't milk that one enough. I'll bet not even 1% of Americans ever heard that Joe Scarborough ended up with a dead intern in his office while he was still in Congress.

If an affair or potential scandal involves a repuke, the whores make sure it receives little or no coverage. Not reported = didn't happen.

It's still the merit badge among wingnuts as to the amount of "outrage" at the evil Clenis. Monica made possible their "seminal" (pun intended) moment. For years, they tried filegate then travelgate then whitewater and anything and everything to make something stick to Bill Clinton. Ken Starr was all set to head off to Malibu, then he found something that stuck...or should I say something found him that stuck...until Monica and that damned blue dress.

To this day, they'll say it wasn't the sex...it was the lie about the sex that is what fueled their outrage. Supposedly they didn't care that Clinton got the hummer (coughbullshitcough), but that he lied about it and that lie somehow screwed up the Paula Jones case that somehow brought our criminal justice system to it's knees (again, pun intended).

Of course, now all of these explanations are inoperative as Scooter Libby's obstruction and Rove's all but indicted perjury change these goon's tune. It's back to the sex and hating Clinton for getting it.
