Can't We Hit O'Reilly Up For Violating The Patriot Act?

I mean, I suppose it would be in violation of the Patriot Act to suggest in a national broadcast to the terrorists to kill Americans, which building to hit etc?

It's treason, plain and simple, to wish foreign people to attack your own country and countrymen. I think it should be pursued to get his horrible hatred and spew off the air.

4. Friends of the Administration don't get charged under Patriot Act

If they did, why is Pat Robertson still making threats, and not in jail...the Patriot Act only applies to those who the Administration see as threats, like us, sadly.:(
