It airs on HBO tonight and I just watched. I wondered if anyone else saw it? If so what did you think?

3. Thanks mzmolly for the heads-up
I am on the West Coast and thanks to your post we just finished watching the show.
I am fortunate enough to have known some very cool people that have grown up with this syndrome. I have to say that my life has been made more full by my exposure to them.
The wrap at the end of the program was just beautiful.
Again, thank you so much for the post. I would not have been aware otherwise. I am in your debt.
Those kids were just beautiful, heartwarming.
This show should be required viewing for school children.

Tom

4. Thank YOU Tom. My child is one of the "beautiful" kids afflicted.

Though she did not appear in the program. ;)

An interesting aside. Our best man has/had TS, and I've known him for 20 years. I never knew, nor did my husband until we confided about our child's issue.

He has 'outgrown' his tics for the most part, - he's a terrific person and I'm so glad that I can discuss him with our child when she has doubts.

Again, thanks for taking an interest. This was a wonderful/informative/touching documentary.

I agree that this should be required viewing. As many as 1 in 100 kids are affected. The documentary said 1 in 1000 have TS. But, that is the number "diagnosed." the number is thought to be much higher.
