Unbelievable. We are in a depression here, for sure.

I live in SW Michigan, where most of our industry is related to the Auto Industry. We are going down hill also. Jobs are few and far between. I see the economy on a fast slide downward. I own my own business, and October was the worst month since I started in 96. People cannot buy if they don't have jobs or good credit rating. Small business is going to suffer, not just here in MI, but nationwide, with the downfall of the Auto Industry. But thats not all, the housing market is plummeting also. Just heard a report that housing market is flooding with home sales up 25%, while interest rates moving up. Also, home valuation is down 10 to 25 % depending on location, location, location. We are in BIG trouble, economy wise. I fear the next several months will be a huge slide to depression, with fuel, electric, fuel oil and everything else up, will cause huge poverty all over the U.S. Snowball effect! So Sad, so sad...and now with the bankruptcy bill, many will suffer for years...DEPRESSION IS ON THE WAY!
