only one thing to me: This mother of all scandals is gonna' blow big-time. Murdoch is not happy with Shrub. Why else present this?

I did not see it. But I am reading all about it on my favorite News Source - DU.

Of all people, FOX?

Can 60 Minutes be far behind?

Go get those muthas...

2. Diebod may hang, but the BBV beast has many heads...
...and it can always grow more.

It's much more than Diebold.

Diebold was simply the first to leak.

4. This might be a kick
Then again, there is no paper trail to prove such a claim. You'll just have to take my 'certified' word for it!

5. I also found it strange and they
apparently actually let him speak too. Makes ya wonder.

6. Maybe Murdoch has money invested in Diebold's competitors? "Follow the
Money." I wouldn't trust Faux to do anything that doesn't please Roger Ailes or Murdoch.

7. Agreed
I caught some of the interview and found it very un-FAUX-like .

Gibson let David speak and didn't try to marginalize or discredit him. I wonder if Gibson will be called on the capret for the interview. It certainly wasn't Faux's normal modis operandi.........

8. I think I was supposed
to bite into the conspiracy hook that was offered to me. Having spent nine months proving to people that Bev's work has no tin-foil, I wasn't about to blow it then by accepting the bate.

Perhaps the guy seriously believes the machines are a threat.

Who knows? It was a blow for the truth regardless.

13. I agree. --- You got the message across without a spat.
The typical Fox viewer now has reason to suspect BBV.

You did a great job, David.

9. Something is up with Murdoch, yesterday or the day before someone
posted a thread about Hannity & Coulter being slammed by a liberal on Hannity & colmes. Could be a ratings ploy, pull in some liberal viewers by throwing out some stories for liberals.

11. The Media Suffers in This Economy Too
Granted, I am watching this with a cautious eye.

But when the economy tanks, and stays tanked, advertisors get scarce.

Even if you are a conservative stalwart, there is only so much time that can go by before your bottom line begins to look like a puddle instead of a pool.

Murdoch has bought a lot of stuff recently. There may be an end to his ability to keep all of it afloat.

And I noted a headline on AOL yesterday that said Bush was blaming the Iraq "misinformation" on the media. And after all the media did for him in parroting his administrations every word and every wish, acting like a good litte propaganda arm of the government.

Is Bush running out of organizations to blame?

What I don't get, is why the media doesn't take him down on a number of other fronts, like WMD, Wilson, etc.

Or don't they want to play the Watergate role this time?

As Bev said on another thread, be very careful with this one. It could be the media has been instructed to go fishing and create a "herring." We don't have to be a herring.
