4. Biden trying to justify his IRW vote...
Edited on Tue Nov-15-05 07:56 PM by joemurphy
Mealy-mouthed and trying have things both ways. Biden was a big critic of the Iraq intelligence but he voted to give Bush authority to go to war. Claims he did the same thing as Kerry - only voted for the IWR to give Bush authority to put Saddam in a box again by imposing more effective sanctions.

It's baloney. He waffled, just like Kerry, Bayh, Clinton, Edwards, Gephardt and most of the other Presidential candidates at the time did.

The only true heros were those like Byrd, Kennedy, Boxer and others that voted against the blank check that Biden and his ilk gave Bush.

In the Ronnie Ray-Gun assault on the planet, and it's inhabitants.I'm no centrist, but many of us are and I think Joe is too.He was right there at the Clarence Thomas and Ollie North affairs we have a few influential allies in washington and I believe what he says.

9. is now really the time to still be blaming
the Democrats when it is surely a time to rise? Regardless who voted for what, it's time to take the Bush Admin down, not dwell on grudges against people who made decisions we may disagree with who are trying to do right now.

10. I hear ya. But I like truth in my Democrats.
I was very much into the lead up to the Iraq War and Biden weaseled out trying to have things both ways. Just like he's doing now. He was hardly a "Profile in Courage".
