Did Cheney sign one of the general release forms other officials signed?
Woodward states clearly he didn't get a release to reveal his source. Two questions:
Does this mean he didn't name the source in his testimony in the Plame investigation?
and
Who else besides Bush would not have signed one of those releases? It seems likely, given his history of refusing to testify under oath himself, that Cheney never signed one. Is there any other official in the administration who could have gotten away without signing a general release?
