11. Stevens said that Dick Durbin broke

a Senate rule and expects an apology. He said Durbin used his name in discussing this on the Senate Floor and that's against the rules. Boo Hoo! It doesn't matter if the oil executives lied, and Stevens knew they were going to lie.
