Trashing Fitzgerald. What a joke. What does Woodward's revelation have to do with the apparent fact that Libby lied to the grand jury?

Wolfie asked that very question. Toensing doesn't have an answer. Since when does the prosecution have to address the motivation behind a lie? That's the best Toensing can do.

I guess, like Woodward, she's involved somehow too.

Shows they're nervous about this. Normally she's full of self-righteous indignation but she looked pretty flustered today.

Blitzer is a disgrace to cable news. CNN used to be the best, too, like the NYT, now both those organizations suck.

Toensing sees televised debate as a good way of sharpening the old legal skills. "It's something that gets the body juices going," she says.
