Somebody PLEASE catch me up and fast!

What's going on? What's going on with the Plame investigation? What does it mean for this administration?

Sorry, but I've been out of the loop and I'm confused! Can someone give me a brief rundown?

Bob Woodward testified before Fitz's GJ Monday. He knew about Plame for two years. He named (apparently) Libby, Card, and Hadley as his sources. This is pretty big. It means that the conspiracy to control the media was deeper and wider than we've known.

Fitz may be getting ready to drop the other shoe some day. This begs some important questions about the investigation. I cannot see how Fitz can avoid making conspiracy charges. With the contents of the Libby indictment and all this recent activity, this has conspiracy written all over it.

It's just like before. Fitz has to leave the perps twisting in the wind. Therefore, we're left twisting in the wind. ;-)

And then, hopefully this administration will be "dust in the wind".

How can we know this for sure? What was said? What makes you think this is the case?

So far, Fitz has this tied to Cheney's office. He also has it tied to certain reporters.

Now we find out that the ***managing editor*** of the Washington Post is also involved. That alone should ring some bells.

Furthermore, if Hadley is now directly implicated, it also expands the scope in the WH. Hadley was Condi's deputy at the time, so she is now indirectly implicated. She *was* on the plane to Africa, too. Plus, she's WHIG. Connecting the dots, Fitz has to be going for Cheney and WHIG. That takes down a good portion of the WH West Wing upper tier. The only one safe if Fitz has a big net is Chimp himself. But if all these people are involved, is it a stretch of the imagination for Chimp to be involved as well?

This is going to end up in conspiracy charges. I do not see how Fitz can avoid that. There's just so damned many people directly involved, it's screaming conspiracy.
