1. I have a feeling that the good Dr. will be 'disappeared' soon for
daring to call a spade a spade.

4. Oy.... I mean, maybe.
The way they think blows my mind, though:

"The most alarming option includes a terrorist attack that would validate the President's war on terror and "restore his image as leader of he American people.""

Wouldn't another terrorist attack prove that BushCo has done a bad job in its 'War on Terror'?

5. I hope this is like the freepers' Y2K fears.
I remember reading about how Clinton was going to impose martial law when the computers all failed. Didn't happen, not even close.

6. Citizens and the world ask: What is Wrong with America?
We've known for a long time that there's something wrong in America. The Patriot Act kept us from defending our own country from these Hitler-like bandits. When Molosovich was dragged out of his palace in Yugoslavia, I really thought that we the American People would do the same to bush/cheney/rumsfelt and all those criminals. I believed in democracy and the strength of the American people, only to find that we coward and allowed bush and criminals to continue on their destruction of America the Beautiful. Shame, shame for not taking to the streets and exercise our right to remove bush from office.

8. WOW! Did you watch the video clip of the "Police State" movie?
I never heard of these guys before, nor have I heard of his documentaries, but he's got some very valid points. I'm now trying to decide if I want to spend the $25 for the DVD.

The first think he said in the intro was "Remember the first thing you're taught in any advertising class. PERCEPTION IS REALITY!" I KNOW that's true! That's also Rove's MO, and the way he promoted Shrub and advises the entire Party to promote their ajenda. When I heard Alex Jones say that, I realized he had produced a documentary with at least some validity.

11. Jones is a conspiracy nut whose talent lies in ranting
and generating a certain level of hysteria.

Through the nineties he was big in the patriot movement and he raised funds to rebuild the Branch Davidian church at Waco. He's pals with Kevin Booth (www.sacredcow.com) which gives him a little kudos in my book as an eccentric as opposed to a money-hungry fear monger. (And he is in Richard Linklater's "Waking Life".) I wouldn't waste money on his DVD's, if that's what floats your boat - they don't say anything that a thousand conspiracy sites say.

Joseph Watson is his British (Liverpudlian) comrade who is the webmaster for infowars and prisonplanet (he used to run a conspiracy site called 'Propaganda Matrix') and author of a book whose name I haven't bothered to remember.

Personally, I'd say leave well alone. You'll get sucked into an unnecessary paranoia trip as if what the Bush administration is actually doing isn't bad enough. I would recommend finding Jones' interview with Ann Coulter about the Patriot Act - it's somewhat nutty, but it is Jones at his entertaining best.
