In the last two days, both Arianna Huffington and Helen Thomas have said that John Kerry refuses to speak up and oppose Bush on Iraq and both claim that it's because he and Hillary, Bayh and Biden are running in 2008.

We all know that Kerry delivered a HUGE speech in Georgetown last month that outlines steps for withdrawal of troops in Iraq.

Kerry then submitted his Strategy for Success in Iraq in the form of a bill to the Senate last week.

The Senate adapted most of Kerry's plan for that amendment they voted on Tuesday.

Tom Hayden wrote in the HuffPost that Kerry's plan was well thought out and, most importantly, DOABLE. Arianna doesn't read her own site?

How can journalists supposedly with their finger on the pulse of news, be so far out of touch with the facts of the debate?

If they are going to use a Democrat's name in their critical analysis of Dem policy they should have some working knowledge of their actual position.

This is why the corporate media gets away with their lies that Dems never offer any plans of their own - too many in the left-leaning and objective media can't get their facts straight, either, to counter the lies from the RW message machine.
