Dorgan and McCain are *roasting* Italia Federici

Senate hearings in Commitee of Indian Affairs.

They are grilling her on the Abramoff Indian casino deal.

On C-SPAN from this AM.

They are all but calling her a liar. Blistering attacks by both Dorgan and McCain.

earlier, so I couldn't watch it. Is it on C-Span 2 now?

I did want to see it especially since they got Italia to finally show up.

I hope they recommend that Abramoff be investigated through the judicial system and prosecuted. He has not been indicted in this case yet. Sometimes I think this is who ran the country ~ he was into everything, and provided the money that got the Republicans into power.

It is already archived at c-span site under recent programs.

She got off on the wrong foot and McCain started right in. It sounds like she is in way over her head. It's an hour and a half long. This ought to be fun.
