5. To quote Scottie
McClellan says the administration finds the change of heart "baffling". He says Murtha seems to have endorsed the views of anti-war filmmaker "Michael Moore and the extreme liberal wing of the Democratic party."

17. Why do wingnuts keep invoking Michael Moore...
...when all of America is finally finding out now what Moore knew all along: That this is "a fictitious war for fictitious reasons."

Trying to create "guilt through association" by tying Rep. Murtha with someone whose statements regarding Iraq have been wholly vindicated?

kind of guy.

Yeah! And Murtha's a cake-eating friend of Dorothy, too!

Oops! Did I go over the typical rightwinger's head with that one?

20. Thanks for correcting me, UP!
What was I thinking, leaving out the divine Ms. M?

Side note: Agnes' nephew, Mason Johnson was one of my college theatre directors. He had been a Broadway dancer and learned to self-medicate (arthritis) from Judy Garland.

Anyway, what are the odds that both aunt and nephew (from Cleburne, TX) were both gay?

12. Isn't it strange how many "commie-loving pinko faggot liberals"
served their time in Vietnam and other wars, and all the "fine, upstanding patriotic Americans (tm)" avoided serving, or got into the elite spots in the National Guard?

15. Interesting, underpants, they've gone back to trying to use "liberal" as a
swear word again. So out of touch. I'm convinced lots of folks are now just as scared of "conservative" as they are "liberal."

18. Today's violence in Iraq
is Murtha's fault. Darn him. The terrorists had all but quit, and this draft-dodging son-of-a-gun comes along and does this. He encouraged them. It's one thing to debate things that don't matter, but to betray the country like he did is treason.

19. Rep.Geoff Davis
Rep. Geoff Davis, a Kentucky Republican and West Point graduate, said liberals "have put politics ahead of sound fiscal and national security policy. And what they have done is cooperated with our enemies and are emboldening our enemies."
