Exceedingly Strange….

Harvard and Yale recruit on Phillips Academy Andover campus; while the Army and Marines recruit on Detroit’s Central High School campus.

Almost makes one believe that there is a division of class in America.

1. Who'd a thunk it?
When I was in high school during the Viet Nam era, there were recruiters but they never came to my school-does anyone else from my era remember the recruiters being at the high schools? I'm thinking that they weren't because of the draft.

7. My schools didn't need them.
I was an overseas brat, and 40% of graduating seniors (at least the guys) went straight into the military or into college ROTC.

3. Surely that can't be true. This is America, the land of the free,
the shining torch and all that.

Take it back! Such things can't happen in the shining city on the hill.

Next you'll be saying Congress doesn't represent the interests of the majority of our citizens.

Why do you hate America?

8. well you know those boys at Harvard and Yale must get a good education
so they can use it to manipulate intelligence so that the masses will swallow it lock stock and barrel and send their kids off to die in the next war.
