C-SPAN 2: Byrd calling Big Time's lies on the Senate floor
He even quotes Rove in a Washington POst article from January 2002 where he said the Repubs should use terror as a centerpeice of their policies to take back the Congress in midterm elections.

He is now quoting the lies of Cheney
