Any chance BushCo is considering/negotiating with Iraqi "insurgents"?
Secret talks? It seems inconceivable, until you think
about Vietnam & Nixon/Kissinger. BushCo HAS to be doing
SOMETHING besides simply walking deeper into the quicksand.
I mean, is there any chance any of them still actually believe
they're going to "win" by keeping doing whatever it is they're
doing now?

1. I think they are probably more interested
in propping up the current government of Iraq; giving them tons of money.

"You better believe it, honey". Of course we're negotiating with the insurgents. We're trying to cut a deal, as we speak. Think of the U.S. as the "deal maker". We'll cut a deal with anybody, of any persuasion, dictator or no.

RumsFailed even said so. About 3 months ago, there was a thread that went into detail about how he tried to negotiate with them.
