I've been talking to Stephen Moore

I don't know if you guys know who he is, but he's president of the Club for Growth. He informed me that he might lean towards the Libertarian candidate in 04 if Bush keeps spending the way he does. This would be good for us because it would draw votes away from Bush. What do you think?

What's he like in person? Is he lucid? He seems like a blinkered anti-tax ideologue to me.

5. I personally think he is cooler than
Grover Norquist, and that's probably because Norquist is a super conservative Republican. But I could be wrong about that. IIRC, Norquist is on the board of the ACU and the NRA.
