If I read it right, "Victory" means Bush Falls.

Bush says that we will not leave Iraq until we have achieved "Victory". Since he will not define the terms of "Victory" or the means of achieving it, I can only infer that we will achieve "Victory" just as soon as we rid ourselves of that cancer on our nation that is the Bush Government and the GOP.

And that could not be one second too soon.

is because the minute he starts going into detail about it, he steps into quicksand.

Everybody will jump on him like a june bug. And his advisors have told him: Keep it simple for the simpletons. Don't get into details. Keep it abstract, like 'honor', 'victory', 'win', 'fight them over there so we won't have to fight them here'.

The problem with abstractions is, that it only works for a certain segment of the population. Intellectuals laugh at it. People will less education ignore it. Bush: tails, you lose.
