B)
No. Whatever they are conspiring to do, they will not wreck the planet they must live on too. They will find another means to rid the planet of its excess overpaid slave-labor class.

Maybe B, but I think the terrorists might get there first.

nothing happens only once, we already have evidence that use of nukes didn't wreck the planet, people are living in hiroshima and nagasaki to this day

nukes are not actually an effective method of population control if you look at japan, never noticed any lack of people there, have you?
