1. Yes maybe, but if they wanted him in handcuffs badly enough, they could
have wheeled him in a wheelchair. Yes they could.

3. I remember being startled to see him walking into a meeting
the same day WITHOUT crutches. IIRC, the news reader said something like, "Libby, shown here attending this morning's (?) meeting . . ." (can't remember who met, exactly, but I think it was all the bigwigs). I wondered aloud to my husband why he needed the crutches shown in other coverage.

5. I kind of doubt it.
I'm a lawyer and in fed criminal cases what that is known as is a "Cadillac arraignment." There is a prominent defendant and the feddies don't issue a warrant, they give him/her a time to come in and be arraigned, photographed and fingerprinted...and usually, but not always, then the defendant gets an OR release pending trial -- assuming the defendant is not violent and poses no risk of flight.

8. I pointed this out on October 28th....
Just like Delays mug shot was taken in a county which doesn't post name and booking number below.There is no happenstance here, this all happens as ochestrated.
