1. Does Tacoma have some special gun control
going on or something?

Because I know a lot of people around her that carry a gun in their purse.

Not me, I've have a stroke worrying about it.

4. Washington is a shall-issue state.
Tacoma mall is in "the bad part of town". Lakewood and South Tacoma are crime-ridden ares.

9. It means that if you meet the legal requirements for
concealed carry, the state must issue a permit.

Other states are "may-issue", where if you meet the legal requirements for CCW, a local authority "may" issue you a permit...they have the discretion.

10. defective sign
There is a sign on the entrance to the mall that states you are not allowed to bring firearms into the mall.

Appearently the sign was defective, as it failed to stop Dominick Maldonado from bringing in a firearm.

2. Yes, wouldn't that be something....
A shoot-out at the O-K Corral, just like in the Old Days.

There's a big sale at the Banana Republic. Lady #1 sees a nice top for $9.99. She wants it. In the meantime, Lady #2 spots the same top. She decides she saw it first.

Both ladies are pulling on the top, each holding a sleeve. They both decide it's shootin' time, to see who gets the top.
