XM Customer service SUCKS
I was sent to an overseas operator.

My account was up for renewal, I indicated I wanted to get on the 1 year plan, they said I would need to wait two weeks, because that is when my 1/4 renewal plan is up.

I just called them, was again sent to an oveseas operator, and they said my contract is up for renewal in Febuary of next year, and I would have to wait until then before I could get on the one year plan.

I will try to contact someone in the states to correct this, but they either better train their customer support overseas better, or send it back here

1. Sirius as far as I could tell was stateside but the CS still suxed

2. XM CS is terrible.
I dropped them because of billing errors.
They sent me a great teaser rate about two months ago for a mulityear discount. I re-upped but am now requiring them to invoice me. They can't get to my credit card anymore.

the card I gave them expires next month, so I will do the same thing
