1. So

(And what's an 'illegal website'?)

7. Not a joke, more like phishing.

No doubt one of the questions is "What's your Social Security number?"

6. What in hell is an "illegal" website?
I rather doubt this is from them, they do not do business that way. Either someone is yanking your chain, or it is some sort of phishing game being played.

12. Actually, that is not a bad idea
There are heavy penalties for impersonating a federal agent. I have no doubt they'd prioritize that issue, simply as a matter of professional integrity.

19. Yes, that's what I would do
Some freeper type in his underwear in the basement may have attached a virus to that ~

Can you check where it came from? Return it to the sender, is another option. ~

I've never heard of the FBI sending anyone Emails. That's so lame, but yes I would send it to them and tell them someone is going around saying they're FBI and more than likely giving people a virus.

yesterday my husband showed me all of the DoD hits on our firewall! And it's happening several times/day! I guess they are watching me- a middle aged stay at home Mom. I guess securing our borders is too much work!

This is in addition to all of the thousands of hits daily from places in China, India and etc.

33. not real.
i emailed the fbi at several different addresses previously when that freeper thought it was fun to joke about killing me, and i don't think that's even one of their addresses. they use location tags in the addresses (ie fbichicago or some such, it's been a while so i don't know for sure).

{i said this here at DU back in Feb when I first started psych treatment.}I went on drugs so I could sleep at night without thinking freepers were on their way to kill me. 2 days and counting. We'll see how it goes.

Actually, I was going to kill this person tonight. But now I sort of feel sorry for him.

Live well and prosper, Dummie LizMoonstar.~~

23. Just A Thought......
The FBI wouldn't need to email you with questions.... as they have everything at their fingertips.........

You would hear a knock at the door....

As many years ago I had a visit from them (FBI) "twice" myself
(concerning something another person was doing, and they were aware I knew the individual in question)

If they really want to ask you questions....

The door bell will ring... you can bank on that.......

Don't let "Cyber Bullies" stress you...... as they are "Phishing".....

Seeing the FBI and CIA ones.. also Paris and Nicole and Your Password and Mail Delivery failed.

They're being sent to my gateway from a large number of different senders.

For you tinfoil people... these are not really from the FBI.. they're viruses.

Also... this may be an effort to bog down FBI and CIA systems so don't send any emails to them complaining.

from and send prank emails to your friends. I have read that one, or something similar. Used to send my Family and friends stuff like that. It's probably a friend sending. The prank emails look real. But just in case dont open the file of course.
