Anybody see this ad on CNN?
Seen on CNN this morning a new ad calling on Americans to call on Harry Ried to stop playing both sides of the fence. They played back statements of ,Ried, Clinton (both) and others of the top Dem's of WMD in 2002.
Same ad as seen on gop.com. I have to go wash my hands now after typing that.

3. Wahh?
I have a job where I can watch cable news(no cable at home), post at DU, and serve pints of Guinness.
I'm so glad my job is better than yours. ;)

Bartending was fun - in my 20s. There's no way I'd have the patience for it now. But here's to you :toast:

6. It is tough to have to answer against the truth
All of those Democrats did say all those things a few months after 9-11. It was such a tramatic event most elected leaders were running very scared. They did not want to give a very pissed off nation any reason to overreact in a political way. It was a time of very hot tempers and most Democrats buckled. Since then tempers have cooled and clear thinking has started to replace anger. Democrats are in a hard place right now because they did buckle under pressure. Things are different now and now is the time for clear thinking and strong action. We need to stop the terrible things going on in America's name all so a few can Profit hugely. War Profiteering needs to become as evil as gay marriage. It has to be our call. End any Profit from warfare......If that were to happen there would be no more war....
