Help about prewar intel

I read on here a couple of days ago that Bush limited prewar intel to two or three people in Congress and cannot find this info now. Any help finding it is greatly appreciated.

Your question is a bit vague. Congress had intelligence, but it wasn't at the same level as Bush had.

I've been reading Bob Graham's book. He was on the intelligence committee and had access to a classified National Intelligence Estimate. He said based on that (and, I imagine, other things), he voted against the IWR. He said the non-classified version that the rest of Congress got didn't have the same caveats and warnings that the intelligence about WMD's wasn't conclusive.
