1. WSJ has him down to 34%.
The overall trend is clearly downward, even if he blips for a moment. Once credibility is gone, there is nothing he can say to talk his way out of the mess. And he is incapable of taking positive non-harmful actions to improve his image, because he hates America.

8. There won't be prizes given if the threshold is 50%
His days of 50% approval are all over.

5. he'll get a bump

with the recent assasination talk...the american people will rally behind the DimSon.

I am not convinced most American people have any true convictions. Just so they have cheap gas, motorized tie-racks, and sophomoric entertainment they are happy.

10. Disagree
"Most Americans" don't have any set number of things in common. We're at least six different cultures. Generalizing is almost surely to amount to an inaccuracy.

6. Hahaha!
Yes, woooot! Some big improvement there:) I guess the Repubs will grasp that straw with gusto and much appreciation, but I think it's a silly little change and the final number is still pathetically low.

Which is good! :)

15. Isn't that the new GOP slogan?
"We will leave no straw ungrasped." Methinks we're headed for the day, and soon, when Repugs will be dancing in the street about the fact that Bush's numbers are STILL HOLDING in the DOUBLE-DIGITS!

7. I don't think the word "up" can go with the number "36%".
When his approval bottoms out at 20%, is Wolf going to say 'things are loooking up!" when the next poll shows him at 22%?

11. Wolfie's now ripping into Nicolle (Devenish) Wallace ...
forcing her to admit that Murtha never called for IMMEDIATE withdrawal.

Hmm ... Does he hear the rats dropping off the ship? Has he put his finger into the wind? Does he FINALLY realize this cabal is on its way out?
